我在网上查到国外其它用户也有很多这种问题，但没有查到解决方法，有一个人解决了，很多人在问，但他没有回答

个人建议，删除已有的数据库（反正没有什么内容），重新安装

我碰到了跟你一样的问题，安装语言选择的中文，然后将en映射到chi，在虚拟主机上安装就会出现这个错误。
只能取消映射试试了。
（我现在就在找怎么把映射在安装后重新添加进去）
